Below are comments from one advocate who has fought for years for a child who has experienced the glutches of a grossly INJUSTICE SYSTEM..

"We're still fighting this every day. I'm still fighting every day for someone who was affected by this. Not only sentenced once to LWOP, but REsentenced to LWOP... in spite of Miller, in spite of mountains of scientific evidence, in spite of Hillary's denials, in spite of Dilulio's recantation, in spite of the CP5 exonerations, in spite of it all being debunked, in spite of it being nothing more than bullshit, in spite of being a model inmate, the fall out from this explosion is still pouring on us.

A barely 15 y.o. assaulted by a mentally ill man in a rage, charged with murder, assigned a shyster lawyer, interrogated alone, tried as an adult, no investigation, no witnesses, no mention of exculpatory evidence, no criminal record, no violent past, still fighting the fury of the "child predator" lie. The lie that subjected an 8th grader to adult charges, adult prison and a living death sentence.

Maybe Hillary Clinton should volunteer to write a letter to the fearful judge who is more concerned about his election and reputation than to do the right thing and give a convicted "child predator" a sentence with parole eligibility. Maybe she should explain to the scared judge that it was a mistake, there is no such thing and the language was wrong. Maybe we should have put her on the witness list at the Miller resentencing.

Hillary doesn't give a hoot about any kid living life out in a cage. No, she cares about being president. She's not sharing any of the load, her or the "comeback kid" Bill Clinton.

After Brett heard he's never getting out of prison for the second time, he said to me, this is a setback before my comeback. Hopefully, due to good people who really do give a hoot, who are dedicated to doing what's right, Harvard educated lawyers who aren't bought and paid for."
