Why Trump Is 100% Correct In Ending #DACA - Trump Reversing Obama’s Disaster - Trump Wins Big on DACA, Scraps Program, Refers it to Legislature - Despite Deep State Blocks, Trump Sails On To DACA - DREAMERS vs American Dream - Conservative Mexican: OMG!! Trump to End DACA!!

Editor's Note: This can perhaps be used as a bargaining chip for the wall and/or other things. Trump certainly is right in that he is not dictating what should happen here, but rather is a part of the process. That is absolutely where Obama was wrong. I think Congress needs to get to work and make some standards that try to compromise and weed out the cases where deportation is absolutely warranted, i.e. criminals and individuals being protected via Daca that were brought here at say 14-16 years of age of older. Younger kids are not at fault and should be given a pathway to staying in the US, whether that be military service or something else. After the new legislation is signed all individuals in the future immigrating illegally must be deported.
First, let's understand a few basics. DACA was enacted via a memo sent by then-Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano to three other agency heads on June 15, 2012, as LawNewz notes. The original memo is available here. To clarify, DACA was never the result of an executive order. Rather, it was a re-shuffling of immigration enforcement priorities classified as a memorandum which outlined the exercise of DHS’ prosecutorial discretion. In other words, DACA was simply an understanding between the federal government and a small class of undocumented immigrants (who met certain qualifications) that they were at the bottom of the list of people to be deported. That understanding also came with a two-year promise in the form of a permit which allowed Dreamers to more easily access certain benefits–like work authorization and drivers licenses–but did not actually confer any “substantive right, immigration status or pathway to citizenship.” All told, DACA has prevented the deportation of roughly 790,000 undocumented immigrants who came to the United States as children. This program was never challenged in the courts, but ten Republican-controlled states promised to issue such a legal challenge if Trump did not make good on his campaign promise to end DACA. Today’s phasing out of the program is Trump delivering on that promise–and the states have already begun to drop their legal threats. As mentioned above, however, Democratic-controlled states and immigrants rights organizations will soon file lawsuits of their own, but those lawsuits will likely fail. When is Congress going to deal with this? Kicking the can down the road is what they do best. These so called kids are adults living here illegally. The law needs to be enforced. And that means deporting them. When a U.S. citizen goes to prison no one cares if his/her kid is goes into foster care or that the kid is separated from his/her parents. Where are all the tears over that? There are none. But talk about enforcing the law and deporting illegals and it's 'wah wah wah'. Talk about ridiculous. No one should get a free pass.

It doesn't matter if they are well-to-do, a legal precedent must be set regarding illegal immigration in this country. Hispanics that voted for Trump don't give a fuck about illegals. Those Hispanics mostly immigrated here legally and fucking hate illegals that come here and ignorantly try to make this country into the same shithole from which they escaped. There are over 50 million Hispanics in this country now, as opposed to 14.5 million in 1980. That's a 250% increase in 37 years. Of the 50 million Hispanics here, 23 million are not citizens. So, considering that Hispanics breed like rats, how many of the 27 million Hispanic citizens do you think are the children of illegal immigrants? This country cannot sustain that type of blatant disregard for our immigration policies, let alone continue withstanding that kind of demographic shift without it fundamentally and irreparably changing this nation.

It's not MY fault that their parents are USING them to illegally secure citizenship here, either!

I live in an area DESOLATE of jobs, so I can't even afford MY OWN family. Then THOSE assholes call ME racist when THEY irresponsibly spit out babies THEY can't afford, and call ME racist when I get pissed at THOSE irresponsible assholes! It's like "HEY, JACKASS, know what I do when I can't afford a family? I DIDN'T FUCKING HAVE ONE! GIT YER ASS BACK TO MEXICO!"

To our LEGAL hispanic residents: YOU GUYS ROCK! I have NO animosity towards YOU for THOSE asshole's irresponsibility! In fact, my stepdad is hispanic, and IS MY DAD. Unlike my biological father, who was a caucasian cretin!
