Being loyal isn't a bad thing... You can be loyal to someone and still hold them accountable for any wrong doing (if/when you have to). I'm not saying Trump really asked this of Comey, I'm just saying that even if he did, this could be taken way out of context. Trump knows there a lot of people in our government who would love nothing more than to see him fed to the wolves, so "IF" he asked people about their loyalty, maybe he's hoping they can't be bought, won't stab him in the back, make sh*t up about him.
