They tax or put tariffs on all our stuff going into other countries and always have, that's a big reason we have 800 billion in trade deficits. Our founders always used tariffs. Don't worry Mark, Trump understands trade and so does Wilbur Ross why better than you ever will. Hell, we get it too. What a jackass. So glad we stopped listening to him a long damn time ago.
