Gavin doesn't want to go that far into reality, but blaming welfare is a way to sidestep that obvious reality. He's wrong, of course, but I can't really blame him for that. Pointing out IQ differences among the races requires not only major cojones, but huge hairy balls. Gavin is strictly a waxed ball type of guy.
