British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said Iran must immediately reverse nuclear enrichment and return to compliance with the 2015 nuclear deal. In his closing remarks at the G7 summit Monday, Johnson rebuked Iran, saying the Ayatollah regime must end terror attacks across the Middle East and come to the negotiating table.“We discussed Iran and we are all agreed that Iran should never under any circumstances be allowed to get a nuclear weapon,” he stated.Britain’s Prime Minister Boris Johnson gestures during his final press conference at the G7 summit Monday, Aug. 26, 2019 in Biarritz, southwestern France. He urged Beijing to respect previous agreements on Hong Kong.“We expressed collectively deep concern about what is happening in Hong Kong, and the G7 nations all want to support a stable and a prosperous Hong Kong,” said the British prime minister. “And we remain collectively committed to the one country, two systems framework.”Johnson also said he would allocate more than $12 million to help restore wildlife and biodiversity in the Amazon rainforest, which has been ravaged by wildfires.
