Leftism isn’t Crazy - Owen Benjamin

“Crazy” is a label I once put on women who I broke up with. “She’s crazy, I gotta get another girl, what are the odds this one is also crazy,” well the definition of crazy is actually doing the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome. Which was what I was doing. So I took a deep breath and started trying to understand women better. I did. Watch two of my highest viewed videos :how to be married and not be murdered” as well as gender war. They aren’t crazy, they just have different motivations. I’m now in a very happy marriage, probably wouldn’t have happened if I kept using crazy as a crutch. So, my next group of people that I assigned the title of “crazy” to were the social justice warriors. Anyone who agrees with political correctness or socialism. As time has passed they haven’t gone anywhere. Which means, either millions of people are just crazy, or they have a different motivation that I was’t seeing. Turns out, just like with women, it was the latter. And I’m finally ready to report. I’m making this video to help the person out there who says “Bernie sanders says guns, prisons, and greed are the problem. And the solution is he wants more of our income or he will send men with guns to our house to put us in jail.” These people are crazy! Nope he’s not. Neither are the “Caitlyn Jenner is woman of the year even tho she hasn’t been a woman for a full year yet.” Or my favorite, “trump is literally hitler, now literally give him all of your guns because a 17 year old in Florida who looks like the guy from American pickers” said to. So what’s their motivation? What makes someone truly say something so paradoxical like “only white people can be racist” or “gender doesn’t exist but it does and there’s a wage gap that doesn’t exist”? They aren’t motivated by the same thing as you. You assume everyone wants to figure out the right answer. This is your mistake. When someone says what is 2 plus 2 we all say four. but then, it’s revealed that if you say five you will get a piece of candy. I would respond, but it’s four. And they’d say, but candy. And I’d say, but it’s four. There is a type of person that likes candy more than being right at math. Someone says, what is two plus two, they’d say candy. I’d say “but it’s four” they’d say “but it’s candy.” We don’t value the samE THING. Candy can be social approval, false moral superiority, financial incentives, likes on Facebook, keeping your job. etc. There are millions of people who think it’s CRAZY that anyone would say four. You can’t touch truth, you can’t eat truth, truth isn’t sweet, it isn’t candy. What kind of person would give up candy for NOTHING. Candy. But if you take the candy over what you know to be true, the penalty for accepted lies will only get worse. Being called names that no one expects to be justified with any evidence hurts a bit. I’m not a homophobe my dog is gay you will plead. And they will say “so you now think gays are dogs”? You then break, it’s five ok it’s five just tell me I’m good. Tell me I love my dog. For most of the world the penalty isn’t a thumbs down on youtube it’s imprisonment or death for not saying five, so it’s extra silly to break under such little pressure. The good news is your friendships, relationships, and business associates will improve dramatically if you hold your ground and say the answer is four. When people know you are the type of person who takes truth over candy, they will allow you much more leeway to make mistakes and to evolve your ideas. your friendships will be much stronger, your business partners will trust you more which will lead to more and more opportunities all because they know that when the candy man comes knocking, you will tell him that you’re busy, going to the dentist.
