American-born ethnic Mexican and Comedian George Lopez had a semi-meltdown on stage during his comedy routine when confronted with a woman who was allegedly heckling him. During and or right before the heckling started, he told a racially charged joke about latinos not wanting their children to date black people. Apparently, this either further triggered the heckler or was the spark that set her fire. She stood up and threw him a middle finger, to which he reacted not with more jokes, but with hatred and vitriol. He cursed and yelled at her for about a minute and a half before she was escorted.
This story has a lot of press because George Lopez is a famous comedian and the obvious racial undertones to the situation. The joke that was told was racially charged towards black people and the woman in question who was kicked out was apparently black. Which would be why she was offended at the joke about blacks. Their encounter is also popular news because of the fact that Lopez is a well-known anti-Trumper who has alluded to Donald Trump being racist because of the wall and his stance on illegal immigration. So the obvious question here is… how can one get on stage and get into such a racially heated brouhaha while at the same time get on a soapbox and pontificate about how racist another person is?

The same thing can be applied to Sarah Silverman, another comedian and anti-Trumper, who used blackface during a comedy routine. Many other leftists fall into this category. So it’s not a surprise George Lopez would be the same as them. As the old (or new) saying goes… without double standards, the left wouldn’t have any.
