The man was talking about civil disobedience as the only option that would be left at that point. The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." So, he basically meant if enemies to the Constitution prevail, we do have a choice, to violate their totalitarian laws. He was talking essentially about the essence of why we have a second amendment right in the first place, "necessary to the security of a FREE state." It's so obvious!

I am actually glad to see that Trump addressed( in a minor way) what The 2nd Amendment is there for, and that is to take down a corrupt government if need be... It's actually the #1 purpose, and Pseudo-Liberal America has completely forgotten that purpose, very sad.
