Establishing the U.S. Space Command This afternoon, at the direction of President Donald J. Trump, the Secretary of Defense established the United States Space Command to ensure America’s continued dominance in space. President Trump announced the news from the Rose Garden. “The dangers to our country constantly evolve, and so must we,” the President said. “Now, those who wish to harm the United States, who seek to challenge us in the ultimate high ground of space—it's going to be a whole different ballgame.” The United States is reliant on space for everything from the vital military systems that protect us to widely used consumer systems that fuel our economy. While America has the strongest military in the world, failure to act now could allow our adversaries to overcome that competitive advantage and deny us access to the space domain.  Watch: President Trump establishes the U.S. Space Command Last week, at the sixth meeting of the National Space Council, Vice President Mike Pence spoke at length about America’s next great mission to lead the world once again in human space exploration. “As we lead in American innovation and entrepreneurship in space, we also must lead in security,” the Vice President said. To that end, President Trump installed four-star General John “Jay” Raymond today as the first leader of the revived U.S. Space Command. The newest of 11 unified commands within the Department of Defense, USSPACECOM will employ assigned forces from every branch of the military to achieve vital victories in space. There’s no better person to lead this charge than Gen. Raymond. As the current commander of the Air Force Space Command, Gen. Raymond leads an incredible team of about 26,000 space professionals worldwide. His deep experience in the field includes serving in the United States Air Force for more than 34 years, and in June, the Senate unanimously confirmed him as our first Commander of the U.S. Space Command. Today, the Inspector General’s Office released its report on former FBI Director James Comey’s handling of sensitive information on the job. White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham released the following statement: James Comey is a proven liar and leaker. The Inspector General’s report shows Comey violated the most basic obligations of confidentiality that he owed to the United States Government and to the American people, “in order to achieve a personally desired outcome.” Because Comey shamefully leaked information to the press—in blatant violation of FBI policies—the Nation was forced to endure the baseless politically motivated, two-year witch hunt. Comey disgraced himself and his office to further a personal political agenda, and this report further confirms that fact.

When the defenseless driver stopped her from getting behind the wheel, it enraged her enough to bite down on his torso, causing him to yell in pain. Campbell later was arrested for battery and criminal trespassing, and police say their experience with her was no better — she had to be physically restrained in the station after banging her head against the wall and urinating on the floor.

A former Marine who said at a protest that he would “slaughter” Antifa members in self-defense, if attacked, recently had his five weapons confiscated by the FBI, according to reports.The temporary seizure came through the use of Oregon’s “red flag” law, which allows law enforcement agencies and family members to seek a court order to have weapons taken away from an individual viewed as potentially violent. Such laws are often opposed by supporters of Second Amendment gun rights. The former Marine, Shane Kohfield, 32, was not charged with any crime, but surrendered five guns, including an AR-15 rifle, according to Phil Lemman, Oregon’s acting deputy state court administrator, the Washington Examiner reported. The action was reportedly prompted by remarks Kohfield made in public during a demonstration outside the home of Portland, Ore., Mayor Ted Wheeler in August, the Oregonian/OregonLive reported. “If Antifa gets to the point where they start killing us, I’m going to kill them next,” Kohfield told a crowd, according to the Oregonian. “I’d slaughter them, and I have a detailed plan on how I would wipe out Antifa.”

The new, slatted barrier provides superior protection without unduly disrupting the incredible scenery of the American Southwest. “The Wall is going up very fast despite total Obstruction by Democrats in Congress, and elsewhere!” the President wrote.

Going forward, new standards will be implemented that ensure apprehended alien families can be held together during their immigration proceedings. This new rule will keep children safe, secure, and well cared-for while in U.S. custody. At the same time, it will help end the practice of exploiting children as tickets to enter America illegally. The Flores Settlement Agreement, along with a string of related activist court rulings, has forced our Government to release most illegal immigrant families—including fake families posed by smugglers to game the system—into the United States after just 20 days in custody. It is among the most glaring loopholes used to circumvent America’s legal immigration system. Democrats in Congress have repeatedly declined to fix it, so the Trump Administration is taking action to address this cause of our border crisis. Loopholes such as Flores are a magnet for smugglers that unleash lawlessness and chaos on America’s doorstep. For context, the number of family units apprehended at the southern border has skyrocketed in recent years—from just 14,855 in fiscal year 2013 to 432,838 so far this year. That’s an increase of more than 2,800 percent. Every bit as important, by closing this loophole, President Trump is taking real action to destroy horrific child smuggling operations. For too long, the Flores agreement has allowed children—some “bought” or stolen from their families by criminal organizations—to be used as pawns to bring large groups of illegal aliens into the United States. The bottom line: “Ending the settlement was the right call,” John Daniel Davidson writes in The Wall Street Journal. “More than any other single policy, it has created a magnet for illegal immigration, essentially guaranteeing entry to unaccompanied minors and any adult who crosses the Rio Grande with a child.” Every single American should want immigrants to enter our country legally, safely, and fairly. Only politicians who want open borders would oppose such an obvious fix. President Trump is enforcing the law AND keeping families together at the border.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette editorial board says that President Trump’s trade policies are looking out for the forgotten workers of America—not the media elites. “We are told that fighting the trade war just isn’t worth it. It makes Wall Street nervous. Maybe if your job and town are gone, the fight is worth it.”

“Drone footage released by the Border Patrol over the weekend shows miles of a ‘new border wall system’ going up at a location in Arizona near where illegal immigrants were seen streaming into America years ago,” Greg Norman reports for Fox News. “Elsewhere in Arizona, crews were installing 30-foot steel fencing Friday to replace older barriers next to a border crossing known as Lukeville Port of Entry.”

President Trump was elected by working-class citizens to rewrite America’s broken trade agreements. “One of those deals he vowed to rework was NAFTA, and he did it,” Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue writes in the Harold & Review. “USMCA includes rules which encourage vehicle and parts production in the United States and supports supply chains to use more United States products. Anti-Trump Smear Backfire Escalates, New York Times Staff In Full Panic Mode. Several days ago the New York Times accused "Trump Allies" of trying to embarrass their staff and journalists by digging up old tweets. The Times Was slammed by everyone, far left, left, center, right, basically everyone.

The Times is not above the rest of us and if their staff posted bad tweets then they are fair game same as us. In response to the backlash Times staff are deleting tweets and even locking down their accounts.

A memo was sent out warning staff that they were no longer a protected class (Yes I'm being snarky)

But for some reason these elitist journalists think they are special and protected but now they are learning a hard lesson.

The newspaper was recently exposed as having an Anti Trump bias in a leaked transcript. They thought they would be allowed to enter the fray smearing Trump and his supporters with impunity and there would be no response. Journalists today are more like activists than journalists. Their goals are to push an agenda or to drive outrage clicks for profit. The Times has even started hiring far left journalists and has been pushing outright activist journalism.

If they want to get into the weeds with everyone else then this is exactly what you'd expect to see. I'd be more surprised if conservatives and the far left didn't react at all to be honest, this seems entirely predictable.

Jeff Sessions is out of office, Rep. Duncan Hunter is under indictment and former Sheriff Joe Arpaio won a presidential pardon, but hasn’t won much else. President Trump’s earliest supporters have not fared well, for the most part. The travails of those who worked for Mr. Trump’s 2016 campaign have been well documented. Former Chairman Paul Manafort is in jail, snared by special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe. Former national security aide Michael Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to investigators and turned state’s evidence. Top strategist Stephen K. Bannon took a White House job, then lost it. But those kinds of shakeups happen in any campaign or White House. A remarkable run of ill luck has befallen many of the politicians who backed Mr. Trump. The only two members of Congress indicted since 2017 happen to be the two who first endorsed Mr. Trump. Another lost her seat in a Republican primary just months after backing Mr. Trump. The only senator to endorse him, Mr. Sessions, was unceremoniously ousted as attorney general last year. “Because of Trump, a lot of people had to suffer,” said Mr. Arpaio, the former sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona, who became the president’s first high-profile backer in January 2016. “Although on a smaller scale, I’m a good example of that. I feel for some of these guys; they are going after them to get to him.” Months after Mr. Arpaio backed Mr. Trump, he would be indicted by the Obama Justice Department on charges of criminal contempt of court. He would then lose his bid for re-election in November.
