A Washington, DC, mom says her political-consultant husband left her for Rep. Ilhan Omar, according to a bombshell divorce filing obtained by The Post.
Dr. Beth Mynett says her cheating spouse, Tim Mynett, told her in April that he was having an affair with the Somali-born US representative — and that he even made a “shocking declaration of love” for the Minnesota congresswoman before he ditched his wife, alleges the filing, submitted in DC Superior Court on Tuesday.
The physician, 55, and her 38-year-old husband — who has worked for left-wing Democrats such as Omar and her Minnesota predecessor, Keith Ellison — have a 13-year-old son together.
“The parties physically separated on or about April 7, 2019, when Defendant told Plaintiff that he was romantically involved with and in love with another woman, Ilhan Omar,” the court papers say.

Pop star accuses White House of dismissing gay equality
Country music singer-turned-social justice warrior Taylor Swift tore into the Trump administration Monday, calling out the White House for failing to respond to a petition.
During an acceptance speech at the 36th annual MTV Video Music Awards, Swift complained the White House had not responded to a petition about gay equality she’d featured in one of her videos.

“I just want to say that this is a fan-voted award. So, I first want to say thank you to the fans because in this video, several points were made, so you voting for this video means that you want a world where we’re all treated equally,” Swift said, accepting an award for “You Need to Calm Down,” a virtue-signaling music video featuring a number of drag queens and anti-Trump stereotypes.
“Regardless of who we are, regardless of how we identify, at the end of this video there was a petition — and there still is a petition for the Equality Act, which basically just says we all deserve equal rights under the law,” Swift said, adding that the petition had met the signature threshold required to warrant a White House response.
“And, I want to thank everyone who signed that petition because it now has half-a-million signatures, which is five times the amount that it would need to warrant a response from the White House,” she said, pretending to look at her watch.
The White House web site indicates responses are typically received within 60 days of a petition meeting the signature threshold, “however, depending on the topic and the overall volume of petitions from We the People, responses may be delayed.”
In another stunt highlighting her liberal progressive ideology, Swift recently compared herself to two-time failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
“Unfortunately in the 2016 election, you had a political opponent who was weaponizing the idea of the celebrity endorsement. He was going around saying, I’m a man of the people. I’m for you. I care about you. I just knew I wasn’t going to help,” Swift said in an interview with Vogue.
“Also, you know, the summer before that election, all people were saying was She’s calculated. She’s manipulative. She’s not what she seems. She’s a snake. She’s a liar. These are the same exact insults people were hurling at Hillary.
“Would I be an endorsement or would I be a liability? Look, snakes of a feather flock together. Look, the two lying women. The two nasty women. Literally millions of people were telling me to disappear. So I disappeared. In many senses.”

Accusers recall horrific rapes and sexual predation by billionaire when they were underage girls
Over 30 women claiming to have been victims of Jeffrey Epstein appeared outside of a Manhattan court Tuesday to describe the abuses they allegedly endured at the hands of the late billionaire pedophile.
To the victims, including Epstein’s most well-known accuser Virginia Giuffre, the hearing is their last chance to tell their story to a federal judge before Epstein’s case is closed following his suspicious death in his prison cell earlier this month.
Many of the victims, some of whom haven’t been named, ripped Epstein as a “coward” who “ruined” their innocence and “robbed” them of the chance to confront the pedophile in court.
“Jeffrey Epstein sexually abused me for years,” said Courtney Wild, who says she was a middle schooler who wore braces when Epstein groomed her. “I feel very angry and sad and justice has never been served in this case.”
Another anonymous victims released this statement: “Jeffrey Epstein stole my innocence. He gave me a life sentence of guilt and shame. I do not consider myself a victim — I see myself a survivor. The abuse that I endured cannot continue. Let’s stop this before it happens to other young women.”
Other unnamed victims put out statements of their own for U.S. District Judge Richard Berman.
“I used to be relatively carefree, inquisitive, hopeful, and excited about life,” one accuser said. “But, my life changed because of Jeffrey Epstein. My perspective on life became very dark when I was unknowingly recruited by one of his agents. Jeffrey Epstein ruined me. His recruiter ruined me.”
“The far-reaching consequences of that day ruined my family’s lives. I’ve chosen to remain anonymous in order to protect my family from unwanted media attention.”
Another accuser said Epstein was very “strategic” in how he selected and groomed his victims.
“Each of us has a different story and different circumstances as to why we stayed in it,” said a woman identified as Jane Doe 2. “It was like the analogy where the frog is in the pot and the heat goes up over time.”
Jane Doe 4 said Epstein’s victims “will never heal” from his abuses.
“He could not begin to fathom what he took from us,” she said. “I am every girl that he did this to and they are me. Today we stand together.”
The judge will likely close the criminal case against Epstein now that he’s dead, but the victims have vowed to sue his $577 million estate.
Lawyers of the victims also asked the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the FBI to bring all of Epstein’s “co-conspirators to justice.”
