Comey prosecution of Martha Stewart and D’Souza demonstrates how federal prosecutors are totally out of control

For the widening majority of Americans who no longer have faith in the Obama-politicized Justice Department, President Donald Trump is doing what he can to restore faith in our governing institutions before it collapses completely.
Last week, the president used his authority to pardon conservative activist Dinesh D’Souza, while considering pardons or commutations of sentence for lifestyle and home merchandising entrepreneur Martha Stewart and former Democratic Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich.
Trump began with his pardon of D’Souza on Thursday. D’Souza is a best-selling author whose documentaries called out Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama as some of the most corrupt political leaders in American history. And for that he was targeted — by Obama’s FBI, which was then led by none other than James Comey.
As reported by NewsTarget, D’Souza said in January that his FBI file, which was obtained by the House Intelligence Committee, shows that Comey’s bureau flagged him as a “critic of Obama” and proceeded to allocate $100,000 to investigate a $20,000 case. 
The Pravda media quoted Preet Bharara, a hack Obama federal prosecutor working at the time to build a case against D’Souza, as saying that prosecutors were in the right, D’Souza in the wrong and that he had admitted as much in federal court. But as D’Souza’s file shows, it was a witch hunt all the way — and he let Bharara know in an epic smack-down tweet:
“KARMA IS A BITCH DEPT: @PreetBharara wanted to destroy a fellow Indian American to advance his career. Then he got fired & I got pardoned.”
He also thanked POTUS Trump for his pardon and for reaching out to him via social media. 
As for Stewart, NBC News noted regarding the founder of a lifestyle and home merchandising company:
Stewart … was convicted in 2004 on charges related to insider stock trading. Stewart sold stock based on a nonpublic tip she received and avoided a loss on her shares of ImClone Systems, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission. She was found guilty at trial on several felony charges, including conspiracy and making false statements to federal investigators, and was sentenced to five months in prison. She was released in 2005.

There’s a common thread here

Stewart’s conviction also involved Comey, as American Thinker notes. At the time, many were extremely critical of Comey’s decision to prosecute her over what amounted to a barrage of charges filed so that something would stick. The Cato Institute’s Gene Healy lambasted Comey’s prosecution of Stewart as being temperamental and political. He wrote in a 2004 column:
James Comey, the federal prosecutor behind the Stewart case, says he went after Stewart ‘not because of who she is but because of what she did.’ But that’s hard to believe given the audacious legal theory Comey used to pursue her.
He noted that Comey never charged Stewart with insider trading:
He claimed that Stewart’s public protestations of innocence were designed to prop up the stock price of her own company, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, and thus constituted securities fraud.
She was also charged with the process crime of lying to federal investigators (sound familiar) — which Comey never pursued.
Blagojevich was indicted and convicted for trying to “sell” Obama’s U.S. Senate seat which he held until he was elected president in 2008. Blagojevich was also a contestant on Trump’s The Apprentice (he was fired). But POTUS says he never believed that Blagojevich was that guilty, which is why he’s considering commuting his sentence.
The point is, in two of these three cases, Comey and overzealous federal prosecutors were involved, and as a result, miscarriages of justice resulted. Trump now seeks to right those wrongs at the same time that he’s supporting efforts to clean up the DoJ and the FBI. Here’s hoping he’s successful.

Thoughts on Dinesh D'Souza's Film Death of a Nation...

So, the film does make a compelling case that Hitler was a leftist socialist and that fascists in general are leftists and socialists. The argument is made that Hitler was against the communists, but only as a power play and because they were internationalists and not nationalists. Furthermore, it shows how being a nationalist isn't necessarily a bad trait.  The film very aptly demonstrates that ANTIFA are much like Benito Mussolini's black shirts. Mussolini, as the film notes, regarded FDR as a fellow fascist after reading his writings, the Nazis were big fans too...

Now, the below clip is but a small section of the portion featuring Richard Spencer, there in plenty of defense of Spencer in the comments, some of it valid, but here is what those commenters might not know because they didn't watch the film, I certainly learned a few things I didn't know...

Spencer is AOK with socialism. Spencer supports state control of health care. Spencer thinks there are things we owe the state as citizens. Very leftist/Nazi-like things! Imagine my shock! Spencer thinking our rights come from the state and not god wasn't surprising to me (as I know he's an atheist), and here's my thing with that, the founders had it right no matter what the truth is, because god is harder to argue against than the state and thus secures those rights more firmly.

So, what to make of the fact that D'Souza argues that Spencer is a leftist fascist and that ANTIFA are leftist fascists, but yet he shows Spencer getting hit in the head by ANTIFA? He doesn't say this, but one way to look at it is that Spencer is a national socialist and that ANTIFA are globalist socialists. The other difference between them, is that ANTIFA is for a multicultural society and Spencer is not. Spencer takes this too far with ethno-nationalism, but multiculturalism is not good either. Multiethnic is fine. Multicultural is a recipe for disaster...

When pressed by a YouTuber called Vee on whether Spencer was upset on whether ANTIFA's use of violence against him was a bad thing, Spencer said that he'd do the same thing if he had the power to. This means he'd use or support violence to achieve his ethno-state. This is unacceptable...

Secondly, I don't support ethno-nationalism, but I understand the anti-white racism that spurs it. But Faith Goldy holding it as an ideal, if not promoting violence (which she isn't), does not make her a white supremacist anymore than thinking Japanese wanting to have a majority in Japan makes them racists, or China wanting to consist of mainly Chinese, or Africa being majority African. This is utterly ridiculous nonsense and a double standard. I've seen a lot of Goldy and I've never heard her say a racist word whatsoever. The claim that Red Ice is anti-Semitic because they dare levy criticism at Jewish individuals sure doesn't hold up for her former Jewish owned employer known as Rebel Media, who I have never heard her speak ill of in racial terms either. Spencer has obviously shed a lot of light upon anti-white racism, other that that, he seems like a bad leader to me, but I don't think it's fair for D'Souza to label him a white supremacist and it wasn't clear to me if  D'Souza realized that ANTIFA and so-called reverse racism was largely responsible for Charlottesville and the rise of the alt-right...

How To Stop the Alt-Right


It is also fair criticism to say that D'Souza chops up his interview with Spenser quite a bit. One thing in this regard that stood out to me, is the part where Spencer is asked about people giving him a Nazi (Roman?) salute at a speech he gave. I've seen Spencer explain that this was a result of these people trying to be edgy and essentially playing the part that has been unfairly assigned to them. As the rapper Eminem would have put it, "I am whatever you say I am." Accept this answer or not, I don't think we got to see Spencer's whole answer on this or other things asked of him. D'Souza notes that Malcolm X is similar to Spencer in his views and Spencer agreed with this and said he thought they could have a good conversation if he were across the table from him. Let that sink in.

The film also completely absolves Jewish individuals of having any role to play in the turmoil around the time of the second world war. I recommend this interview with an individual of Jewish decent with an alt-right radio host. From what I remember, he states that there are things which are overblown as it pertains to the Jewish role in what happened in Germany (and other countries which Jews have been expelled from) and that other points are legit. That sounds like truth to me, because as you may have heard, the truth lies somewhere in between.

The film also adheres strictly to the official account of Hitler's death, which I think is questionable and I certainly question why we can't question the Holocaust official story at all.

I highly recommend the book The Synchronicity Key: The Hidden Intelligence Guiding the Universe and You, which makes the case that time is cyclical and literally repeats itself, affording us the chance to correct former mistakes. Keep that in mind with all of this! It may be further evidence that we are living in a simulation, but that hardy matters to the experience we are having.

The irony is that the Left’s response to Trump winning the presidency has been nonstop Nazism in various forms, including anarchy and civil unrest, violence, and even sedition.
Practically everything negative that the Democrats claim about Republicans is actually true about themselves, which they tried to cover up all throughout the election by making Donald Trump their scapegoat. Some inconvenient facts about the Democratic Party that many Americans don’t know include the fact that Benito Mussolini and Adolf Hitler both admired the Democratic Party. Both the fascists and National Socialists of that era were strong admirers of the progressive Left, it turns out.

Of course Democrat media are failing to see the double standard (also see Rosie O’Donnell vs Dinesh D’Souza) claiming that Cohen's is a more serious criminal case. That's because the deep state run DOJ should and would have passed this off to the FEC if it weren't Trump. Of course they claimed Obama's violation was just a mistake and not a knowing violation of the law. Give me a break!

And none of this would be going on if not for the Russian Collusion hoax. These are sad times for our country.

Trump is allowed to donate to his own campaign, which is what took place. Whether he knew about the payments to the women beforehand or not doesn't really matter. A lie in this regard likely stems from him wanting to have plausible deniability as it pertains to his family.

It smacks of selective prosecution.” Dershowitz told Newsmax, "This is clearly a case of selective prosecution for one of the most common things done during elections, which is to get people to raise money for you. If they went after everyone who did this, there would be no room in jails for murderers."
